Study on Ontology-based Decision Tree Algorithm Applying to Emergency Decision System

To propose a data-mining algorithm based on ontology,which can mine data on the high-level. In the last section, we describe the implement procedure. The experiment shows that applying the algorithm proposed above to the emergency decision system can expose more advanced rules and provide more meaningful decision suggestions for decision-maker.
