Implement VISP With the RADIUS Protocol

This paper introduces the concept of virtual ISP and discusses the architecture of virtual ISP. Two key technologies in designing and realizing virtual ISP system are discussed in detail. How to use RADIUS protocol to acquire the information of user account, authentication and authorization, and how to use RADIUS protocol achieve the function that restrict users of different ICP accessing different IP address scope are introduced.
