On the Centralized Management of Information Organizations of China

There are many Problems difficult to be solved in the infor-mation organizations in our country. The only solution is to carry outthe centralized management of information organizations of the wholecountry. And the key to the solution is the rational distribution of theinformation activities in it, so that every information organizationhas its own tasks, service orientation and fixed information Products.Meanwhile some feasible suggestions are posed to the rational distribu-tion of information activities.
