Study of Technical Solution for Monitoring and Management Platform of Train Movement Safety for Qinghai-Tibet Railway

The monitoring and management platform of railway safety is a subsystem of the Qinghai-Tibet Railway comprehensive safety monitoring system.The platform not only can inspect the Qinghai-Tibet Railway safety,but also can access,process and share monitoring information.The management platform use an integrated computer safety network to store and manage all types of railway safety detection,monitoring equipment alarm information and security issues data of manual checking through an unified and standardized data interface for users with integrated visiting of security monitoring information.The function is analyzed and the architecture of the platform is constructed in the special environment of the Qinghai-Tibet Railway.The closed-loop business information processing flow of the alarm system is also analyzed.The efficient and reliable ways of railway safety monitoring for the Qinghai-Tibet Railway will be provided by the platform and the blank of plateau railway construction will be filled.
