Research and Realization of Quick Browsing of Real-Time Transport Streams Videos

This paper analyzes the Transport Stream(TS) data structure and the generatien of video Abstracts.Key frames of TS Streams are proposed to be extracted for rapid video browsing.Based on TS de-multiplexing,the locating and extracting of frame I are realized by stratificated identification of single-programe video data.FFMpeg is taken as the basic support for frame decoding and picture coding output.Test results indicate this straightforward method can satisfy practical needs of most users.
