Object-Oriented Three-leveled Spatiotemporal Data Model

The paper analyzes existing temporal treatment of spatial attributes data and spatiotemporal data model, and discusses problems in designing spatiotemporal data model (STDM). Based on key concepts and techniques in ObjectOriented modeling, the thesis discusses design of ObjectOriented spatiotemporal data model, entirely defines and describes spatiotemporal object types that are concerned with in a STDM. Organization of temporal attribute data and temporal treatment of spatial object are described.
