In the information-intensive societies of globalization, the equipment, condition and method of experiment teaching has being changed. It is the inevitable outcome that will be developed in the future to using remote-control technology of internet and importing the resource-sharing in experiment teaching. To strengthen the research of this project, it have extensive meanings to save the time, manpower and material resources.
