Application of database technology in lightning location system

Lightning information of Lightning Location System(LLS) data is widely used in meteorological and electrical power system.Traditionally,there are some demerits to use txt format to store data.While we use relational database as a core to develop,detailed methods are as follows: first,set up SQL server database,then import data from txt to SQL server to achieve one click program through C # programming.When user sets the trigger,the program will start automatically and import the latest txt file to database.We could safely draw the conclusion that it' s a innovative solution to use SQL server to store LLS data.Compared with traditional method,it owns more advantages such as normalized storage,effective analysis and reliable management.
