It is a practical significant topic for the university to explore a new idea in specialized laboratory construction under university-enterprise cooperation mode. According to the NJUPT-ZTE joint optical network and transmission laboratory construction project,we present some useful exploration and practical methods under university-enterprise cooperation mode.
