Application of Flexible Testing Technology in Complicated Equipment Test

In order to solve problems such as complicated structure and poor flexibility of complicated equipment testing system,applying flexible testing technology to the ATS and constructing a flexible testing system to the complicated equipment.Firstly,the basic concept,features the development status of flexible testing technology are introduced.Then,a flexible testing system is constructed for improving the universality and flexibility of complicated electronic equipment.Finally,the key technology of the system is analyzed and studied.
