File resource is among the kind of valuable resources.Idle resources,out-dated management,limited scale,functions scarcity and lack of benefit awareness prevail in the corporate file management nowadays.It's imperative for companies to make the best of the file resources by way of enhancing the consciousness,integrating resources in possession as well as forging cooperation with other companies.
