Low Noise Amplifier in 0.18μm CMOS for Bluetooth Application

A LNA(low noise amplifier) for Bluetooth application is designed using a 0.18μm CMOS process of SMIC.On-chip spiral inductors are utilized for the monolithically-integration.Under a 1.8V power supply,the operation current is about 5mA,the gain at 2.4GHz is higher than 10dB,and the input reflection is less than-20dB.
