Ideas of“E-Military”

Based on the platform of network technology, The assumption of E-Military (EM) is brought forward, refer to the ideas of E-Business. EM's import, characteristics and circulation architecture including the authentication center of military expenditure-cannibalizing, weapons research institutes and the banks for military expenditure-cannibalizing are introduced in accordance with the condition of military equipment and techniques bargain center. The importance and the prospect of developing EM based on military network is analyzed in the end.
