Application of the Modified Hausdorff Distance in the Preprocessing Engineering Drawings

The engineering drawings in enterprise are generally stored in the format of bitmap or vector. Aimed at these problems before the retrieval of drawings in the bitmap format, such as preprocessing jobs of the scanned drawings in the bitmap format, the coordinate adjusting and character extracting of the drawings, it adopts improved Hausdorff distance method to adjust the position of the drawing, presents the storage way of the drawings based on MPEG-7 form.
