The designments of wireless parameters play a import role in TD-SCDMA network planning and optimization.Because it can reduce the interference among the neighbors cells,The assignment of scrambling code need very earnest advisement in the planning of wireless parameters. In this paper,I discussed some relativities among the scrambling codes and he distributive principle. In the last of the paper,a table was provided to assign the scrambling code, with it the planner can easily the decide to use a best scrambling code.
