Meter Monitor System Based on DSP

This article presents a study that adopts a betterment quick Hough transformation to identify the readings of pointer meter and proposes a meter mo nitoring approach adopting the digital signal processor TMS320C50. It expounds t he system theory, provides the system framework and introduces the relevant soft ware design.
