Research on BICM-ID system based on type III H-ARQ

We proposed typeⅢH-ARQ utilizing BICM-ID.The retransmission protocol and combing-decode algorithms are described and then the throughput performance is analyzed theoretically.We simulated the throughput of BICM-ID system which uses typeⅠ,typeⅡand typeⅢH-ARQ in Awgn and Rayleigh fading channels.The simulation results show that the advantage of typeⅢH-ARQ used in BICM-ID can extremely improve the throughtput compared with the other two schemes.Especially,the proposed scheme is more prominent in the range of low SNR in Rayleigh fading channel.
