Discussion on the Legal Protection of the "Right of Communication Through Information Internet" of Works in Academic Periodicals

Network communication has become an important channel of dissemination for academic periodicals,while solving the problem of their Right of Communication Information is a basic prerequisite.Who has the Right of Communication Information of works in academic periodicals under different circumstances is pointed out in this paper and the major ways by which works in academic periodicals communicate on Internet are presented.The current problems that exist in their network communication are analyzed.Finally the authors argue that signing a copyright transfer agreement is an effective way to protect the interests of the publishers and the authors and to promote the healthy development of academic periodicals.
