Study on Application of Wavelet Neural Networks in Fault Diagnosis

Aiming at the shortcomings and deficiencies of wavelet neural network in fault diagnosis,this paper analyzes mainly the combination method and advantages with particle swarm optimization,genetic algorithms and fuzzy logic.Using wavelet neural network with particle swarm optimization,the convergence speed and accuracy is improved greatly;genetic algorithm has the characteristics of global optimization,genetic wavelet neural network can effectively solve the problems that the training speed of wavelet neural network is slow and easy to fall into local extremum;fuzzy wavelet neural network is proposed based on fuzzy logic with high precision approximation ability and strong generalization ability.
