A Survey on Routing Protocols for Wireless Sensor Networks
Zhi Ren · Microcomputer Information · 2010
Wireless sensor networks are different from traditional wireless networks,so traditional routing protocols can not be applied efficiently to them. This paper makes a survey of the recent works about routing protocols for Wireless sensor networks. it describes the principles and compares the similarities and differences of some main routing protocols that are proposed in the literature,At the end of this paper, research directions and open problems in the area are also discussed.
