P-set and it′s measure space

The P-set is generalized from finite sets to an arbitrary set.The dynamic σ-algebra of P-set and P-measure space are proposed according to knowledge of measure theory based on the given measure space.The P-set based on the arbitrary ordinary sets is studied,which provides reliable theory support for information safety.
