A direct adaptive line enhancement algorithm based on third-order cu mulant diagonal slice

We have developed the TOCDSBDALE(third-order cumulant diagonal slice-based direct adaptive line enhancement )algorithm based on the feature that the third-order cumulant of the random square phase coupling signal is nonzero.This proposed algorithm is especially fit for retrieving square phase coupling signal in Gaussian noise,and its performance of enhancing square phase coupling signal or holding Gaussian noise is better than that of the traditional ALE(adaptive line enhancement )algo-rithm.This performance is verified via computer sim ulation.[
