A Brief Discussion on How to Improve the Quality of Journals of Colleges and Universities

This paper proposes four measures on how to impove the quality of journals of colleges and universities: 1.To optimize the plan for topic selection and do well the work of organizing contributions; 2.To strengthen the intrinsic quality sense of editors in editing; 3.To enhance overall quality inspection; 4.To attach importance to the improvement of qualities and abilities of editing personel.
