Discussion on the Standard Description of non-Parallel Title

This article analyses the definition of parallel title and finds out the misunderstandings in indentifying parallel title. As for the various issues in the description of non-parallel titles which fails to fit the definition of parallel title,relevant in- stances are given in this article to indicate the existing problems and misunderstandings,and some appropriate solutions are presented.
