It is very vital to mine the readers ’ online comments Based on the principle of Web-text mining, this paper builds the model of mining of readers ’ online comments, and analyzes the operating content and the applied technology of the 5 sub-task, including identifying comments ’ attribute, distinguishing subjective content, extracting reader ’ s attitude, determining reader ’ s opinion and visualizing mining results In the last, this paper puts forward some subsidiary measures for the library utilizing the mining information of readers ’ online comments
