A Method of Using C~(++)Builder and CLIPS Cooperative Programming Way Based on DLL to Develop Expert System

This paper introduces a general method of cooperative programming way to develop Expert System and its superiority. The realization technology and step of how to call the Dynamic Link Library which is VC~(++) format in C~(++)Builder is discussed in detail. Using the modified CLIPS Dynamic Link Library which can be used by C~(++)Builder, the method realizes the operation of CLIPS in C~(++)Builder application program to accomplish the Expert System's inference of facts and return the results to C++Builder application program. It is important to shorten the time in developing Expert System and advance the efficency.
