REAL 3×3 HANKEL MATRICES UNIQUELY DETERMINED BY THEIR SPECTRA

In this article,we study the real 3×3 Hankel matrices determined by their spectra.By using M.Fielder's conclusions in[1],but somewhat tedious calculations,we obtain the spectral condition by which a real 3×3 Hankel matrix is uniquely determined.So we represent a spectral property of real 3×3 Hankel matrices.
