Construction and Analysis for an Optimization Probabilistic Encryption Scheme

The security problems in set-public-key cryptosystem which is attacked by choice express messages can be solved by probabilistic public key cryptosystems.The calculation efficiency is lower when RSA public-key cryptosystem is used in long express messages encryption.The paper proposes an encryption scheme based on two encryption algorithms.The encryption scheme is high efficiency and can resist the attack by choice express messages.It is particularly useful to long express data encryption and decryption.
