Container Volume Identification Based on Inflatable Method

This paper proposed the inflation method to measure the volume of the container. The volume of the vessel was obtained with pressure of the vessel. The formula of volume was derived from the pressure of the vessel versus the time of charging process. The cubic spline interpolation was used to calculate the formula for the computing numerical differentiation. The relative errors are less than 2. 5% for varied volumes of vessel at different pressures.
