About the File Management of Electronic Documents at Colleges

The filing of electronic documents is one of the most fundamental work in the construction of col- lege informationization.In the light of the relevant criteria in China,this paper first introduces the defini- tion and classification of electronic documents.Then it makes a distinctive explanation of the foresightness, integration,regularity,standardization,security,cyberization and peculiarity of the management of dec- tronic documents.Moreover,it concludes how to make use of the electronic documents of the local colleges, which is of some value for reference.
