The effect of vascular endothelial growth factor and angiogenin synergisming vascular endothelial growth factor on the restituting blood circulation of pearl fat transplantation

Objective To investigate the effect of vascular endothelial growth factor and angiogenin synergisming vascular endothelial growth factor on the restituting blood circulation of pearl fat transplantation.Methods Vascular endothelial growth factor was used in the pearl fat transplantation on experimental animal fat models which were soaked in angiogenin.The newly born microvessels on experimental group and control groups were researched by using immunohistochemistry staining,and the volume of survival fat were measured.Results The blood circulation on experimental group restituted well and faster,and the volumes of survival were obviously greater than the blank groups.Conclusion Vascular endothelial growth factor can significantly improve restituting blood circulation of pearl fat transplantation,and angiogenin can synergism vascular endothelial growth factor.They can improve survival rate of fat transplantation.
