Study on Traffic\|flow Self\|organization and Its Management\|control Model Based on Self\|organization Theory

In this paper, the self\|organization in traffic\|flow is analyzed firstly. The mathematical description of the dissipative, phase change and the synergetics phenomenon in traffic\|flow is made, and the fractality in traffic\|flow is demonstrated based on wavelets transforms. Finally, a management\|control mode is studied in which management and guidance strategy are integrated.
