The load control model and its algorithm for multi-SCP intelligent networks

Since the brief bottleneck of intelligent networks (IN) is the capability of SCP (service control point) processing services, this paper presents the multi-SCP IN and its load control model and analyses its load control requirements. Since multiple SCPs are introduced in IN, the call distribution (call routing) in multi-SCP IN is discussed. And then, a practical load control algorithm is presented. Finally, the simulating results of the algorithm are given.
