Detection of certain-signal in low SNR from stationary processes

A new method to detect certain-signal from stationary processes under condition of low SNR is discussed in this paper. It is to make the time-correlation function a statistic to detect the target according to the different feature in time-correlation between signal and noise.The computer-simulation results proved its effectiveness.
