A Network Environment Analysis for Setting up a Digital Academic Platform for University Academic Journals

The setting up of a digital academic platform for a university journal depends on the support of a network environment,mainly its technical,cultural and information environment support.Technically,it has a requirement for its reliability,stability and compatibility with new technology.Culturally,it needs further construction and advanced management as well as a purified cyberspace.In terms of environment,the harmful or redundant information must be removed and a smooth and effective information highway must be guaranteed.Since the university journal's digitalization is mostly built on a campus network,its information security and management is more important.
