Construction and Implementation of Monitoring System of Cyber Bars Based on Google Maps and FMS

The supervision authorities need to improve their ability to centrally control the scattered cyber bars.On the basis of the analysis of various traditional monitoring methods,the paper explores in detail the real time about the monitoring system of cyber bars and its remote intelligentization based on Google Map and Adobe Flash Media Server(referred to as FMS).Meanwhile,the structure,the design ideas,the basic functions and implementation methods of this system are also introduced.
