On Copyright Risk and Countermeasure in Making Use of Book-attached discs

First the author analyses the type and copyright character of book-attached discs,and then discusses its copyright risks of usage methods such as lending,copying,letting,uploading and interlibrary loan.Finally the author advances countermeasures from three facets of exactly applying statute,perfecting management system and developing technology measures.
