Two-scale symbol and the construction of wavelet applied in power system

Basing on the construction of wavelet, discuss the close relation between the scaling function and wavelet function's two scale symbol and wavelet construction. The analyse begin with the two scale symbol, then the immanent relation between two scale symbol and the direct sum decomposition of L 2(R) space; the structure of dual wavelet; the structure of compactly supported wavelet. Late present the method that how to construct the compactly supported bi orthogonality wavelet with linear phase or generalizing linear phase, and take an example.
