Study on the Discovery and Mining of Tacit Knowledge in Sci-tech Novelty Search

The definition of tacit knowledge was given.Then,the types of tacit knowledge were discussed from customer service experience and information retrieval skill.The mining mode for individual、 collective and external tacit knowledge was proposed respectively.Finally,the application of tacit knowledge was analyzed.
