The Use of the IPP Function for the Improvement of the Mobile Telephone Video Coding Performance

At present, it is a important factor for terminal video coding development based on LINUX system platform that how improve the recorder coding performance. The author introduces the rules and steps on coding improvement performance, then brings up the ways about how to use of the IPP function to accelerate the terminal video recorder coding based on LINUX system platform. The result is prominent by means of test, which can bring some really advantages for terminal video coding development based on LINUX system platform.
