Manufacture of intelligent oven for roasting jinhua crisp cake

Aiming at the problem that operating and roasting of jinhua crisp cake could not reach automation,and the crisp,fragrant,fragile degree of the finished product could not attain the level that the traditional charcoal stove roasts,the system of an intelligent controlled oven was intrduced first.Adopting the temperature sensor,autoignition system,microcontroller technology and the craft database of roasting Jinhua crisp cake,the cleaning problem of the traditional properties food produces was solved.The research results indicate that it lay the foundations of optimizing the crisp cakes oven.
