On Raising the Crisis Awareness of Editors of Sci-tech Periodicals in Universities and Colleges

Under the background of sci-tech periodical reform in universities and colleges,the sense of crisis was discussed based on personal experiences of editors,including the anxiety over sluggishness in daily works,pressure from new employee's competition and the anxiety over periodical's future. It presented that crisis awareness is the driving force for the development of both individuals and periodicals. In the end,a solution of transferring crisis awareness to the motive power was proposed,including raising the sense of group honor,enhancing and maintaining career enthusiasm and improving editors' personal qualities.
