The Legal Dilemma on Network Security Products Exposed From the Struggle Between QiHu and Tencent

On the perspective of anti-unfair competition law,the struggle between QiHu and tencent is suspected of unfair competition. About the illegality of the plug-in software,the one refers to the analysis on that plug-in software copies or modifies target procedure or not,the other refers to the analysis on the violation of China publishing regulations or not. If disapproval or beyond the scope of examination and approval,the plug-in software publication should be attributed to the category of illegal publications. The internet event also reflects that the network security products encountered the dilemma under our legal system.
