SYNTHESIS AND CHARACTERISTIC OF FLUCTUATING WIND BASED ON WAVELET RECONSTRUCTION

Because of the shortage of synthesis of fluctuating wind theory by using Fourier transformation,one method of wavelet reconstruction for fluctuating wind synthesis is proposed based on standard of controlling frequency band energy,the formula of fluctuating wind synthesis is deduced.Using computer simulation,the results show that fluctuating wind synthesis with time frequency nonstationarity can reflect normal characteristic of fluctuating wind.At the same time,the selection method of Wavelet bases and hierarchy number is also analyzed here.
