The Financial Fraud of Listed Companies and the Research on Internal Control of Company

The frequent occurrence of financial fraud at listed companies is closely related to the invalidation on the internal control of listed companies.By studying a typical case,this article tries to specifically analyze the cause of the invalidation on the internal control of listed companies from two aspects of theory and practice.At the same time,it discusses how to perfect the internal control of listed companies.
