his paper introduces a kind of administrative charging system of computer room and net bar based on the database flat roof of foxpro2.5B. The account information of this system discerns on the basis of the bar code identity, or you can type the number of user′s account in directly. Necessary user's information is under the centralized compute management. This system is an administrative charging system that mainly aims at the computer room and net bar, detailed recording attendants′ journal of work and charge situation, and containing trust technology.
