Fast Matching Algorithm Based On Edge Information

In order to accomplish the fast and precise image matching,this article first using LOG operator extracted out the edge information from images,and then using Freeman code,and defined a similar measure between the two images,found the corresponding edge profiles,finally defined one kind of moment central point in the moment invariant thought's foundation,used moment central point corresponding relationships accomplishing the fast and precise image matching.This thesis verifies the high speed and precision of the algorithm through experiments.
