An online classification's control system of materiel was construct,the grade's message and the traveling position's mutual matching method of materiel was proposed,the key control program of the classification was given.Through collecting the an example size's information of the work piece,group under work piece size;According to the FXPLC communication protocol,uses the VB programming,pass Separation information on PLC;Extraction the moves' mark and shifting the PLC data storage unit,realizes to the movement work piece's track and the separation control.The movement experiment result indicated that the work piece is separated accurately.
