Students shape the character of college students is an important part of college students.Working as a counselor of the main contingent of college students,their personal charm in the shape of the character is a very prominent position.It is a comprehensive influence,a non-mandatory,Widespread and persistent,and other characteristics.The students can play in establishing credibility,a harmonious relationship between teachers and students,college students and the development of a binding force and impetus to follow.Therefore,the counselors should not only establish a solid ideological and dedicated,but also actively strengthen the theoretical study business,and strive to improve their own self-cultivation,strengthen the ability to solve practical problems,and gradually upgrade their personal charm.
