The Concept and Design of NMOHEMS

In view of the development of open seas hydrological environment monitoring technology in our country,combining with the physical demand of marine environment security in future,the NMOHEMS(New Mobile Offshore Hydrologic Environment Monitoring System) is designed based on unmanned aerial vehicle technology,meteor burst communication technology and marine field detection technology.The bottleneck problems are discussed mainly such as existing system mobility,long-distance data transmission,synchronized observation technology.Which may lay a theoretical foundation for efficiently promoting open seas hydrology monitoring security,covert and survivability.
